This graph is a true depiction of what loosing weight looks like. We often think once we start on this wellness path that the graph will be a continual downward movement.
The reality is it will have highs and lows. Building a new nutrition lifestyle takes time and your graph will full of ups and downs.
There are sooo many reasons this can happen. Lets start with a few of the obvious ones.
A cheat meal, or two or three. Especially over a weekend.
A lack of sleep. Boy, sleep affects every area of your life. Striving for 8 hours, uninterrupted is always our biggest dream. (pun intended)
Stress. Another biggie. When Cortisol levels stay high, weight stays stubborn. Getting outside for fresh air and a walk can do a body wonders.
Please try to stick to the program, letting that graph or those morning weight checkins just slide off your shoulders and strive to have your best day. And the weight will shift. You will quietly notice subtle shifts in your energy and the way you feel. The body composition will change in a big way and you will have achieved your goals even when it seemed impossible.
