Macronutrients also known as macros are the group of nutrients broken down from your calories. They provide the body with energy and the components it needs to maintain its structure and functions.

Macros include carbohydrates, protein, and fat.


As your coach, I will customize the amount of macros needed each week to support your body and your personal goals. These numbers will change each week.
