The key to success is so simple, its hard. Consistency.
Literally, If you have a day that you eat off course; get right back on the macro horse. Please do not try to workout more, fast more, eat less the next day. Just get right back on board and stick with Consistency.
The body craves consistency. We've given you a plan and now just stick with it consistently.
That means weekends also. This way of eating allows you to plan to bust loose a little on the weekends. Plan it. Put it in MFP and stick with your plan. Its that simple.
There are no cheat days...everyday allows you to have your cheat. Just plan it.
I will say, the more you get out of the habit of planning and logging in MFP, the harder it is to get back into it. So, stay the course when vacationing, when sick or when your mind plays tricks on you and tells you that one little day off won't matter.
Rise above it all and stick with your plan. It will boost your confidence and motivate you even more.
