I've received my first numbers...now what?

Once you received your first week of numbers you will immediately want to set them up in MyFitnessPal to begin your tracking of your macros.

You will receive calories and macro numbers. Both will go in MFP but you will only work on "zeroing" out your macros. Your calories are just a label for each week and you will not need to hit both calories and macros.

Open MFP. At the bottom right right click on More with the 3 dots above the word.

Then click on Goals.

Then under Nutrition Goals click on Calorie, Carbs, Protein and Fat Goals.

Click on Calories and at the bottom a blue banner will pop up. Put in your calories and click on the check mark in the blue banner.

Click on Carbs and set your percentages for your macros again click on the check mark to save your numbers.

Then when you go to your Diary to enter your food, the top banner will reflect the total macros for the day and each time you enter your food, it will subtract from the total.

The goal each day is to hit 000 in all 3 categories.

Again, do not worry about the calories.
