This sounds crazy but as we are resetting your metabolism, you will come to a week or two where you feel like you have to consume a side of beef (any protein) in a day. And its hard.
I suggest starting early in the morning. I think it helps to prep your protein the night before. Once its all prepped then you spend your day working your way through your protein. Slow and steady wins the race.
Try to vary your proteins. Its easy to burn out once your protein macros are high if you are eating the exact same thing over and over.
Keeping it lean will also be beneficial to ward off the feeling of eating a whole Thanksgiving meal. Speaking of Thanksgiving, Turkey is a great lean meat that is often overlooked.
And know, this to shall pass. Its only a short period of time that you'll be in this phase. Stay strong and stick with it!!
