First off, do not panic. These photos are not going out all over the inter webs. I promise I'm not looking over them everyday; in fact, they are for you. Another tool for accountability and even more importantly, another way for you to see your progress. We tend to forget the small changes we have made and discount all the hard work we have put in. Every single consistent step gets you closer to your goal. Celebrate it!!!

The details.

To take photos, use your phone camera. Either set it up with your timer, or the easier way is to set it up on video.

I think it works best to pick a bathing suit, the more skin the better, and stick with the same suit throughout the process.

Take a front, side, and back picture. Full length.

If you have used video mode, go in and take a screenshot of your front, side, and back positions.

Next go into the nspiredforlife/trainerize app on the home page and scroll down to photos.

Hit the camera button on the top right. Hit ok once the page comes up.

At this point you have a lady standing front. Chose Pick Photo, your photo album will pop up and you can add your front photo.

Do the same process for the side and then the back.

Once you've finished loading the photos the app will upload your photos. You will have a photo page with each weeks photos logged in the app.

You did it!! It was painless and in the end, you'll be so happy you followed through with this process!
